Delete your Nochance account

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address for your Nochance account below.
2. To delete immediately, choose Delete now and enter your password.
3. If you do not remember your password, choose Request deletion. We will verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.
4. You can also request deletion in the Nochance app: open Settings → Privacy → Request account deletion.
5. Or email support@nochance.app from your account email.

What is deleted

• Account profile (name, email, password hash, profile photo)
• Device push-notification tokens
• Personalization and local preference settings stored for your account
• Activity / sign-in logs tied to your account
• KYC records linked to your consumer account, if any
• Your identity on scam reports you submitted (reporter name, email, phone) is removed

What may be kept

• Anonymized scam-report content needed to warn other users and for fraud prevention (without your personal contact details)
• Records we must retain for legal, security, or regulatory obligations
• Aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you

Retention: personal account data is deleted when the request is completed, or within 30 days of a verified request. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being purged.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can clear on-device blocklists and recent checks in the app Settings. To request deletion of specific server-side data while keeping your account, email privacy@nochance.app.
